2024 she leads!™ Cohort mentor application
All interested Mentor applicants for the 2024 SHE Leads!™ class can fill out an application by clicking on the button below. Please note that once the application is opened, it must be completed in its entirety - you will not be able to save your progress and finish later. You will be required to upload your resume and headshot on the application and insert your LinkedIn profile link. This application will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
Mentor Requirements:
Submission of Mentor application.
Attend the Mentor orientation session on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
Attend the Mentor/Participant pairing event on Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.
Must be able to commit 2-3 hours per month from January, 2023- June, 2023 to the SHE Leads!™ program, with a minimum of one hour a month for 1-1 meeting with your program participant. You will be provided with a summary sheet after each session to help guide your discussions.
Attend the Graduation session on Friday, June 14, 2023 from 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Mentor Expectations:
At least five years of demonstrative leadership experience within their industry or field.
Mentors will represent the program as positive role models and offer encouragement and healthy feedback for our mentees.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive communication to set up a phone interview. These interviews will occur on a rolling basis.
