she leads!™ class of 2022 champion (mentor) application

All interested applicants for Champions for the SHE Leads!™ 2022 class can fill out an application by clicking on the button below.  Please note that once the application is opened, it must be completed in its entirety - you will not be able to save your progress and finish later.  You will be required to upload your resume and headshot on the application and insert your LinkedIn profile link. This application will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.

Champion Requirements:

  • Applicants must have five years of demonstrative leadership experience within their industry or field.

  • Submission of a Champion application.

  • Submission of an updated resume or curriculum vitae demonstrating current and past 10 years of work experience.

  • Provide a recent professional headshot.

  • If selected, sign a confidentiality agreement regarding the specifics of the program and conversations with mentees.

Champion Expectations:

  • Must be able to commit 2-3 hours per month from January 2022- June 2022 to the SHE Leads!™ program, which includes a minimum of a monthly one hour 1-1 meeting with your mentee.

  • Champions will represent the program as positive role models and offer encouragement and healthy feedback for our mentees.

  • Attend the Champion orientation session on October 19, 2021 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm.

  • Attend the Champion/Participant pairing event on December 7, 2021 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive communication to set up a phone interview. These interviews will occur on a rolling basis.
