Allie Laureanti • Committee Chair
Allie has worked in the legal field for the past eight years and works in Intellectual Property. She handles international and domestic trademarks as well as US customs and counterfeit. As an Arizona native she has built a life in Mesa with her daughter and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys DIY projects such as refinishing furniture and crafting. In 2019 she traveled to Iceland and visited sights like the Blue Lagoon, the black sand beaches, and Gullfoss; aka the Golden Waterfall.
Once the pandemic subsides she would like to continue to travel the world. Her goals for the future include networking and meeting like-minded women who also would like to not only excel in their field but lift each other up and encourage each other in the process.
Sarah Bergner • Media & Communications Chair
Sarah is a Freelance Photographer and Certified Life Coach, born and raised in Oregon. A bit of a hobby collector, she has trained and competed in: archery, debate, ballroom dance, apparel design, dog agility, horseback riding, collegiate row team, baking, orchestra, and kickboxing. If you can think of it, she's willing to try it! As a cancer survivor, her goal is to treat each day as a gift and an opportunity. She worked in the fashion industry in the PNW, and it is still one of her favorite past-times to give men style makeovers.As much as she loves trying new things and creating art, working in the criminal justice field is her career end-goal. She hopes to apply some of her random skills toward making a lasting global difference.
Kirstin Garcia • Branding & Marketing Chair
Kirstin is from Gilbert, Arizona, and currently works as the Quality Assurance Supervisor at Freedom Financial. In her free time she loves working out, hiking, yoga, reading, meditating, spending time with friends and family, volunteering, and attending seminars/webinars.Her career and professional goals align with the main focus of human mental, physical, and spiritual development. She is currently in the role as a leader to attain a sense of how to guide and support others, and is also taking it a step further by attending SWIHA (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts). She is working towards a certificate in Integrative Healing Arts to focus on the areas of Life Coaching, Reiki Healing, and Hypnotherapy. With this certificate she hopes to open and run her own business and give herself freedom to assist and support whoever and wherever she can in self development as a whole.
Amber Barto • Committee Member
Amber is Miss Arizona 2021 and is currently preparing to compete in the 100th anniversary celebration of the Miss America competition this December.
Amber received two bachelor’s degrees from ASU in 2020: one in business law from the W. P. Carey School of Business and one in political science from The College of Liberal Arts and Science’s School of Politics and Global Studies. In 2021, she received a master’s degree in legal studies from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
This fall, she plans on taking the Law School Admission Test and applying to law school. She hopes to pursue a career in law and aspires to one day become the U.S. secretary of State or a U.S. Supreme Court justice.
