2022 AFW TEE OFF FOR WOMEN raffle AND pRIZES Rules & Regulations

RAFFLE

When you purchase a package of five (5) Raffle Tickets for $100.00 you will then have a drop down menu assigned for each ticket that allows you to indicate which item(s) you want to put a ticket towards.  For example, if you have 5 tickets you can select 5 different items, or put all 5 tickets toward one item, or any combo in between. 

If you purchase a package of 10 Raffle tickets for $150.00, we will double the number of tickets entered for your five selections. For example, if you select package #2 for all five tickets, you will have ten tickets entered for that item.  

No changes or modifications will be accommodated once order with raffle ticket selection has been submitted.

All values listed are based on donor provided value at time of purchase.

PRIZE DRAWINGS

The drawing date is Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 12:00 pm Arizona time.  At the time the winners of each package(s)/prize(s) will be drawn by staff in a Facebook live post on its Facebook page.  

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER  

Winners will then be notified via the email and telephone the participant indicated during their purchase.  Package(s)/prize(s) that are able to be shipped will be delivered via mail to the winner, unless a local pick up is requested. Winners are each responsible for any and all federal, state or local fees and taxes associated with the package(s)/prize(s) they won.  Using the information provided, if the winner is unable to be contacted or located, or fails to claim the prize after January 31, 2023, the prize will revert to AFW.

A participant need not be present to win.  All purchases of Raffle tickets are non-refundable. The purchase price of a ticket is not deductible as a charitable gift from federal or state income tax.  In the Raffle, there is no possibility of a tie.  All references in these rules to time are Arizona Mountain Standard Time.

All items have been donated in good faith.
