2021 AFW derby player prizes
All Team Captains and Participants in AFW's 2021 Derby who meet the following fundraising criteria will be entered in the appropriate drawings to win the following prizes.

Top fundraising team with the highest dollar amount raised.
Top Prize – Each team player from the top fundraising team is entered into a drawing to win Two (2) round-trip Southwest Airlines tickets valued at $1,600. One winner will be chosen.
Top Team Prize - Winning team will receive a trophy and each team member will receive a medal.
FUNDRAISERS WHO RAISE $1,000+
Individual fundraisers who raise $1,000+ will have their names entered in these drawings as well as the $500+ level drawing. One winner per prize. Three (3) total individual winners will be chosen.
Drawing #1 - One (1) round trip Southwest Airlines ticket valued at $800.
Drawing #2 - One (1) round trip Southwest Airlines ticket valued at $800.
Drawing #3 - One (1) round trip Southwest Airlines ticket valued at $800.
FUNDRAISERS WHO RAISE $500+
Individual fundraisers who raise a minimum of $500 will be entered into this drawing to win the following prizes. One winner per prize. Three (3) total individual winners will be chosen.

Top Team Prizes
The Top Team is defined as the 2021 AFW Derby team who has raised the highest dollar value of donations by the end of the campaign on March 28, 2021 at 11:59 PM, Arizona time.
Each team member will be entered into the drawing for the Southwest Airlines tickets, regardless of individual dollar amount they have raised.
One (1) trophy will be awarded to the team.
Each team member will receive a medal, regardless of individual dollar amount raised.
Fundraisers Who Raise $1,000+
All individual fundraisers who raise at or at least $1,000.00 will be entered into this drawing.
Winning the prize drawing for the Top Team prize does not make one ineligible to win these three (3) drawings.
Fundraisers Who Raise $500+
All individual fundraisers who raise at or at least $500.00 will be entered into this drawing.
Winning either the prize drawing for the Top Team prize or the Fundraisers Who Raise $1,000+ prize drawings does not make one ineligible to win these three (3) drawings.
