Local Community Leaders Elected on Board of Directors for Statewide

Women’s Advocacy Organization

 

PHOENIX — Arizona Foundation for Women (AFW), a state research, advocacy, and philanthropy organization bringing women’s needs to the forefront to help them overcome the barriers that confine their power and potential, recently elected five new members to its board of directors.

“We are excited to have these diverse, talented and influential community members join our board,” said AFW’s Board Chair, Maureen Bussoletti.  Bussoletti added, “These individuals join an already robust, committed and passionate board of directors determined to advance the safety, health and economic empowerment of women in Arizona.  We know that when women are empowered, they measurably improve our communities and the lives of our children.”

AFW’s five new members of the board of directors are:

Belinda Barclay-White, MD, Founder, Arizona Breastnet

Belinda Barclay-White is a board-certified radiologist who specializes in breast imaging.  Dr. Barclay-White has been living in and serving the Phoenix community for over forty years.  In this time, she founded Arizona Breastnet, a full-service diagnostic breast center. Belinda was instrumental in establishing and growing AFW’s SHE Talks!™ program and is hosting an upcoming SHE Talks!™ event this May.

Caitlin Rascelles, Senior Vice President, Western States Regional Executive, PURE Insurance

Caitlin is the Senior Vice President, Western States Regional Executive, PURE Group of Insurance Companies. In her role, Caitlin has direct leadership over PURE’s High Net Worth Property and Casualty Insurance business in the Western States Region, which spans from Arizona, through the Rocky Mountains, and into the Pacific Northwest.

Lora Golke, Senior Director, Development & Donor Engagement, Arizona Community Foundation

As Senior Director of Development & Donor Engagement, Lora Golke stewards relationships with major donors and cultivates relationships with professional advisors and prospective donors. She leads new business development and strategic planning for the Jerry Colangelo Center for Sports Philanthropy and the Pakis Center for Business Philanthropy. Lora joined ACF as Advancement Associate in 2007 and was named Senior Director of Philanthropic Services in October 2016

Deanna Peterson, Manager, Your Part-Time Controller, LLC

Deanna is a driven and dedicated professional accountant with both non-profit and Big 4 accounting firm experience. Her expertise includes streamlining processes and procedures, preparing for a seamless audit, and collaborating with executives and board members to provide timely and accurate information that facilitates executive decisions.

Rasheryl McCreary, President/ CEO, TAO Leadership Development Inc.

CEO of TAO Leadership Development, Inc. Rasheryl is a Georgetown University certified Executive Leadership Coach, Leadership Development Consultant and Keynote Speaker with deep expertise in Brand Strategy, Presence, and Communications for Leaders and Organizations.
